Exercise can reduce you risk of cardiovascular disease, raise your power degrees, enhance your state of mind and self confidence, enhance your memory, assist you rest better, and also slow down the aging process. And yet the majority of us still find plenty of reasons to not work out. This seems to be particularly true in the church, where dedication to workout is commonly incorrect for vanity. The truth is that Bible motivates us to participate in exercise in exercise. Considering the many benefits of exercise, it is apparent that God produced us to be energetic, that we were Made to Relocate.
